PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for partial discharge pulse testing, a partial discharge pulse testing method, and a winding machine with a partial discharge pulse testing function, capable of detecting the presence or absence of partial discharge nondestructively, with high reliability, and without fail, even when the test time is short.;SOLUTION: A power supply device for partial discharge pulse testing used for detecting the presence or absence of partial discharge of a sample comprises a frequency variable sine wave oscillator which can vary the frequency continuously while keeping the voltage at a substantially constant level, and at the timing of power-on, enables phase control for sine waves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
