PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure constant flow rate pump capable of reliably feeding a solvent from a low pressure side liquid feeding system even when a difference of mixing ratios is large when mixing solvents in a high pressure gradient.;SOLUTION: A pressure detection value from a second pressure sensor 114 is compared with a pressure detection value from a fourth pressure sensor 115, and when the pressure detection value of the second pressure sensor 114 is the pressure detection value of the fourth pressure sensor 115 or more, a second check valve 117 is turned to an open state and operation ends. When the pressure detection value of the second pressure sensor is less than the pressure detection value of the fourth pressure sensor, leakage determination is performed, and when determining no leakage, solvents are determined.
