MULTI-ANGLE IMAGING SYSTEM, SWIVEL DEVICE, IMAGING APPARATUS AND MULTI-ANGLE IMAGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly and easily capture a still image of a subject to be a base image of a multi-angle image.;SOLUTION: A multi-angle imaging system comprises a swivel device for rotating a subject and an imaging device for simultaneously imaging the subject from different height positions and is configured to capture a still image of the subject in a plurality of different directions and heights. The swivel device includes: a turn table to mount the subject thereon; a drive part for rotating the turn table; and a release instruction part for transmitting a release signal to the imaging device when the turn table is rotated at a predetermined angle. The imaging device includes: a plurality of cameras which are installed so as to image the subject on the turn table from different heights; a stroboscope; and a light-emission delay part for delaying the time to start light emission of the stroboscope. In the imaging device, the subject is simultaneously imaged by exposing the cameras with flash light which is delayed by the light-emission delay part and generated by the stroboscope within a common shutter open time in which all the cameras open shutters, when the release signal from the release instruction part is received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
