PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate communication reliability at communicating information by relaying via a plurality of radio devices, in a multi-hop radio communication network system.SOLUTION: A reliability evaluation device includes: a reception part for receiving a radio wave from an object radio device; a field intensity determination part 51 for determining if field intensity of a radio wave from a radio device is higher than a predetermined field intensity; a number of redundant path calculation part 52 for calculating number of independent redundant paths from the object radio device to the reception part, based on location information of a plurality of radio devices installed within a communication area to the reception part and environmental information if the field intensity from the radio device is higher than the predetermined field intensity; and a reliability evaluation part 53 for evaluating communication reliability based on the number of independent redundant paths.
