PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a voting ticket to be issued from a voting system managing the content of voting for each voting ticket, the content of voting being managed by a voting system managing the content of voting for each user.;SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 acquires user information 2a from a second voting system 20, and acquires the result of authentication between authentication information 11 managed by a first voting system 10 and the acquired user information 2a. When successfully authenticated, the information processing device 1 acquires a content of voting 12 of a user managed for each user by the first voting system 10, and notifies the second voting system 20 of the acquired content. The information processing device 1 acquires, as a content of ticket issuance voting 7, a content of voting, among the notified content of voting 12, for which ticket issuance is requested.
