PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a plastic recycle pellet used when a beverage manufacturer delivers products resides for a long term at a special agreement agency as it is unrecovered and result in a decrease in the recovery efficiency of the empty pallet to invite an increase in opportunity to cast a new pallet by the beverage manufacturer with an insanitary situation that the contamination of a pellet during a residence period cannot be overlooked by the beverage manufacturer.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to a storage management distribution system which tries to improve a recovery efficiency and an insanitary situation by employing the method of delivering a clean recycle empty pallet on which a proof seal is pasted to a beverage manufacturer. The proof seal proves that a treatment to clean, sterilize, and dry has been executed in accordance with an order from the beverage manufacturer under reservation after an early and planned recovery of a residence pallet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
