PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aqueous silver colloidal liquid having high dispersibility and storage stability and capable of providing a coating film excellent in metallic texture and electromagnetic wave transmittance when used as a coating material.SOLUTION: There is provided aqueous silver colloidal liquid composed of: a silver particle in which an organic matter containing at least polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol is adhered to the surface of the silver particle and which has a substantially spherical form having an average particle diameter (D50) of 45 to 100 nm, preferably a minimum particle diameter (Dmin) of 15 nm or more; and water as a solvent containing inevitable impurities. The adhered amount of the organic matter is 1 to 10 mass% with respect to the silver particle and the total amount of the inevitable impurities is 1 mass% or less with respect to the aqueous silver colloidal liquid.
