PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute analysis of meaning of input information, and relationship between the input information and information which was recorded past, by an instruction by a human or by learning, associate information each other and construct as a knowledge scheme.SOLUTION: An input pattern is collated with a recording module of a pattern recorder 2, and it is confirmed whether a related pattern is recorded or not. When an equal pattern is recorded, the corresponding pattern is excited, and when the equal pattern is not recorded, the input pattern is registered as a novel pattern and then excited. History of the excited patterns are recorded in a pattern radiation tool 7. When one recording module is excited, the history of the patterns which were excited past is transferred and stored in a connection relationship recording part of the recording module, for enhancing connection relationship with the related pattern. The pattern radiation tool radiates the history of excitation set since a current time point to past to the connection relationship recording part of the respective recording module, and excites the recording module having large correlation between excitation history data and data related to the connection between patterns which are recorded.
