PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of dew condensation even if a surface temperature of a radiation panel is decreased to be equal to or lower than a dew point temperature of the indoor air.SOLUTION: A radiation panel for use in radiation air-conditioning includes: channels that are provided between a front surface and a rear surface of the radiation panel, and through which a cold medium passes; and vent holes that penetrate the front surface and the rear surface, and that act as outlets circulating indoor air and blowing out conditioned air a temperature and a humidity of which are adjusted.
