PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize corrosion of an electrode section that is corroded in a corrosion sensor.;SOLUTION: A corrosion sensor 1a includes: a crystal plate 11; an electrode section 12A provided on a first surface 11A of the crystal plate 11; and an electrode section 12B provided on a second surface 11B opposite the first surface 11A of the crystal plate 11. Each of the electrode section 12A and the electrode section 12B is provided with a recess 12a and a recess 12b, respectively. When the corrosion sensor 1a is placed in an environment that contains a corrosive substance and the electrode section 12A and electrode section 12B are corroded, the corrosion proceeds preferentially from both an outer edge E1 thereof and an inner edge E2 coming from the recess 12a and recess 12b.
