PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film production method capable of controlling porous characteristics such as film thickness, bore diameter, porosity and the like in a uniform state, and is beneficial industrially, especially, a porous film production method having sharp fine bore diameter distribution.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an organic polymer porous film production method using a phase separation method. The polymer porous film production method includes a step in which a polymer solution is subjected to flow casting into a film-shape, and after flow casting, the polymer solution is exposed to a mist atmosphere.
