PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow water turbine power generation facility that can be raised from flowing water in a water passage at any timing and realizes simplification and cost reduction.SOLUTION: An axial flow water turbine power generation facility 10 according to an embodiment comprises: an axial flow water turbine power generation device 11 submerged in flowing water in a water passage 1; and a supporting member 20 for supporting the axial flow water turbine power generation device 11 in a vertically movable manner. A locking member 23 is detachably attached to the supporting member 20. The locking member 23 locks the vertical movement of the axial flow water turbine power generation device 11. A pulley 25 is provided above the supporting member 20. A wire 16 is wound around the pulley 25. The wire 16 connects the axial flow water turbine power generation device 11 to a weight receiving part 14 via the pulley 25. A weight 15 is supplied to the weight receiving part 14.
