METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONTAINER HAVING AUTOMATIC ICE-FORMING ABILITY FOR FREEZE-PRESERVATION OF REPRODUCTIVE CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing reproductive cell preservation container having automatic ice-forming ability and enabling a high survival rate of a reproductive cell after freeze-thawing and efficient production of the cell in a large amount, in technique for preserving reproductive cells.;SOLUTION: A liquid obtained by fluctuating ice nucleation-active bacteria is adsorbed and immobilized to molded porous material with low air-resistance to be inserted to an end of a straw tube so that solution containing a reproductive cell can be sucked from the other end and sealed in the tube. Consequently, a preservation container having automatic ice-forming ability which promotes forming of ice crystals in such high temperature as around 2°C below freezing point becomes available.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
