In the present invention, a dedicated material used for manufacturing a special and safe tire rubber for military wheel type tanks and airplanes is disclosed. Components and parts by weight of the material are: 28-40 parts by weight of polyisoprene, 19-30 parts by weight of silicone rubber, 15-25 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastomer, 10-18 parts by weight of ceramic fine powder, 10-15 parts by weight of paraffin oil 0.8 to 2 parts by weight of toughening agent, 5 to 10 parts by weight of silicone oil, and 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of antioxidant. The material of the present invention is used as a special and safe tire material for marching work in disadvantageous environments such as high temperatures and open flames due to relatively many terrain degradation and sharp foreign bodies. It has the characteristics of ordinary tire rubber at room temperature, and has high temperature resistance, flame resistance, fire resistance, and aging resistance in extreme heat. In addition, it has puncture resistance, bulletproof and explosion-proof functions, and can withstand even if it is attacked by debris of lightweight explosives. The material is easy to manufacture and recyclable, and does not cause environmental problems.
