PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel oligofunctional photoinitiators that are low in odor, low in volatile, easily dissoluble in photocurable material and highly efficient in photoinitiation, and their use in photopolymerizable compositions, and inks.SOLUTION: Oligofunctional photoinitiators are compounds represented by the formula (1) or (1A). Rand Rare methyl or together are -(CH)-; and n is 2 or 3, and the solvent in (1A) is water or an organic solvent.
