Disclosed herein are methods of treating a patient using therapeutic renal neuromodulation, and related devices, systems, and methods. One aspect of the present technology is directed to biomarker sampling, systems, and methods for neuromodulators. Some embodiments are directed, for example, to catheters, catheter systems, and methods for sampling biomarkers that change in response to neuromodulation.
