PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a practical performance evaluation for judging an appropriate maintenance timing.;SOLUTION: A deterioration increment cost calculation part 17D calculates a deterioration increment cost ΔCOST(t) generated due to an increase of fed energy to a freezer 51 caused by a performance deterioration from a reference performance PO on the basis of a differential energy consumption rate ΔEC indicating a difference between an actual energy consumption rate EC_R(t) and a reference energy consumption rate EC_E(t) at an optional time (t), and an evaluation result output part 17E outputs a deterioration increment cost ΔCOST(t) attained at a deterioration increment cost calculation part 17D or total cost TCOST(t) having these deterioration increment costs ΔCOST(t) as an evaluation result 16D concerning the performance of the freezer 51.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
