PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable provision of information concerning a facility where people can come and go on foot from a service area or a parking area.;SOLUTION: A facility within walking distance display device comprises: a present location identifying unit for identifying a present location of a vehicle; an event information identifying unit for identifying prescribed event information including information on a service area in a vehicle forward direction, held by a toll road if the present location is on the toll road; and an output processing unit for displaying a prescribed number of pieces of event information identified by the event information identifying unit. The event information identifying unit identifies whether or not there is a facility where people can move on foot from a service area if the identified prescribed number of pieces of the event information includes information on the service area.
