PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-oxygen concentration measuring device and the like capable of dispensing with the sampling of measurement target gas sampling or the like, and measuring an oxygen concentration with high accuracy even if the measurement target gas contains inflammable gas.;SOLUTION: A hydrogen-oxygen concentration measuring device 10 includes: hydrogen-oxygen concentration detection means 11 detecting hydrogen and oxygen contained in measurement target gas 1; hydrogen-concentration measuring means 13 measuring a hydrogen concentration by determining the hydrogen concentration corresponding to a signal level of an acquired hydrogen detection signal while referring to hydrogen-concentration measurement data 12 indicating the relation between the hydrogen detection signal and the hydrogen concentration; and oxygen-concentration measuring means 15 acquiring an oxygen detection signal and the hydrogen concentration of the measurement target gas from the hydrogen-concentration measuring means 13, acquiring data on the hydrogen concentration used for measurement while referring to oxygen-concentration measurement data 14 indicating the relation between the oxygen detection signal and the oxygen concentration for each of a plurality of different hydrogen concentrations, and measuring the oxygen concentration by determining the oxygen concentration corresponding to a signal level of the acquired oxygen detection signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
