STORAGE SYSTEM FOR LETTER OF THANKS FROM PENSION RECIPIENT TO HIS/HER FAMILY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, that a pension reception account which is a deposit account of a financial institution and which is designated for reception of pension by a pension recipient is changed by intent of the pension recipient any time, so that according to the pension reception account, for storing data of a letter of thanks and a letter which are sent to family of the pension recipient after the pension recipient died, an information processing method and execution thereof to the stored data according to the designation state of the pension reception account at those times are essential.SOLUTION: In a computer system, after transfer of the pension is stopped at a pension transfer date on a deposit account to which the pension has been transferred until now, a financial institution managing the account confirms a state. The determined state by the confirmation (change of designation, and designation is performed again) and the number of times of the pension transfer date which have passed during confirmation are automatically recorded. Then, an information processing method corresponding to each state, passed number and passed days, is selected and the method is executed to the stored data.
