PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a dormant account and a dormant account candidate easily.;SOLUTION: Setting of an exclusion condition definition file for excluding a transaction by which there is payment such as interest but which is not direct transaction from a dealer, or including a direct transaction from a dealer which has no payment such as booking, and a cancel condition definition file for removing a record which has been cancelled and is not an object of dormant account determination, is performed in a definition file 140. Then a data analysis part 150 has a visualization part which sets a dormant flag on a final transaction data mart by setting dealer information which is not a target of the dormant account, individually, records the flag in a metadata of the final transaction data mart 130 in which a start date is a date of processing execution, and displays corresponding dealer information by designating conditions such as a deposit subject, balance and a final transaction date, therefore a dormant account and a dormant account candidate in which optional conditions are set, are displayed, in a transaction history data analysis system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
