PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of presenting information for supporting a doctor on the basis of the degree of oxygen saturation of an observation target.SOLUTION: An endoscope system comprises a light source device, image sensor, oxygen saturation degree calculation unit 83, distribution pattern generation unit 96, symptom score calculation unit 97, and monitor. The light source device irradiates an observation target with light. The image sensor images the observation target by using reflection light of the light and outputs a picture signal. The oxygen saturation degree calculation unit 83 calculates the degree of oxygen saturation of the observation target on the basis of the picture signal. The distribution pattern generation unit 96 generates a distribution pattern showing distribution on the degree of oxygen saturation. The symptom score calculation unit 97 calculates a symptom score showing the symptom of the observation target on the basis of the distribution pattern. The monitor displays the symptom score or information based on the symptom score.
