PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing method of photosynthesis microorganisms which cultures photosynthesis microorganisms such as chlorella and euglena, comprising vegetable protein, animal protein, various nutrients, and the like with good balance so that radiocarbon isotopeC is not contained within the body; to provide a feed processed so that the cultured photosynthesis microorganisms are not contaminated by radiocarbon isotopeC; and to provide an animal for experiment bred by the feed and not contaminated by radiocarbon isotopeC.SOLUTION: The photosynthesis microorganisms for culture and a culture medium containing no radiocarbon isotopeC are contained in a culture vessel; sunlight or an artificial sunlight is irradiated, while an artificial atmosphere is supplied from a gas control container into the culture medium; and an atmospheric pressure is maintained within the culture vessel; thereby the photosynthesis microorganisms containing no radiocarbon isotopeC are cultured in the culture vessel by photosynthesis.
