PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical oil-water separation material which has excellent durability and clog-resistant property, and can be easily manufactured.;SOLUTION: An oil-water separation material characterized in that the material comprises a mesh of which a surface is provided with a titanium oxide layer on which an ultra hydrophilic treatment is performed. Such an ultra hydrophilic treatment is preferably performed by UV irradiation, and further, it is preferable that the mesh is made of titanium and the titanium oxide layer is formed by burning treatment of the mesh made of titanium. Furthermore, a contact angle of the ultra hydrophilically treated titanium oxide layer contacting with at least one kind of oil in water is preferably larger than 160°.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
