PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese kitchen knife case which is thin and portable, and which is safe without falling out from a case during carriage thereof and is sanitary.;SOLUTION: A Chinese kitchen knife case includes a tabular case body 1 which is surrounded by both side plates 2a, 2b, an upper wall 3, a lower wall 4 and a front wall 5 and is equipped with a slit-like insertion hole 6 having an opening 6a in a rear part thereof. Both the side walls 2a, 2b are formed by antibacterial plates, a bottom surface of he insertion hole 6 is provided with a synthetic resin material 9 for protection of a blade edge, and notched step parts 10 are formed on rear parts of both the side walls 2a, 2b. It is so configured that a rear end upper part 11a adjacent to a handle 7b of a blade 7a of a Chinese kitchen knife inserted in the insertion hole 6 through the opening 6a is exposed above the notched step parts 10, and the rear end upper part 11a is fixed to the side walls 2a, 2b by fixation means 13 thereby fixing the blade 7a so as to prevent falling thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
