PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave height detection device, a radiation detection device, a radiation analysis device and a pulse wave height detection method that allow both of detection efficiency of radiation and detection accuracy of a radiation energy to be attained.;SOLUTION: A radiation detector 1 outputs a single step-like pulse corresponding to an energy of radiation. A pulse wave height detection device 2 converts the single step-like pulse by a first filter part (a first conversion section) 22 and a second filter part (a second conversion section) 23 to a trapezoid-shape pulse, and detects a wave height of the trapezoid-shape pulse by a height detection part 26. The pulse wave height detection device 2 uses the second filter part 23 having a process time further shortened to thereby improve detection efficiency of radiation in a radiation detection device and a radiation analysis device. Further, the pulse wave height detection device 2 uses the first filter part 22 having an S/N ratio further improved as much as possible, holds down use of the second filter part 23 to a minimal requirement, and thereby prevents deterioration of the detection accuracy of the radiation energy as much as possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
