PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas circulation system temperature variable constant temperature furnace device for temperature reference, that can realize temperature evenness of a hollow and cover a wide temperature range by a single furnace.;SOLUTION: A gas circulation system temperature variable constant temperature furnace device for temperature reference includes: a hollow 1 installed inside a furnace; a fan 3 for heat medium circulation for maintaining temperature of the hollow even and constant; a heater 2 for heating a heat medium; and a temperature gauge 5 for controlling temperature of the furnace. A transparent window 6 is preferably provided along the hollow on a furnace wall so that temperature distribution in the hollow can be measured through the transparent window 6 by a non-contact type temperature gauge such as radiation thermometer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
