PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform re-inspection on an uninspected article and multi-time inspection on an analyte in inspection on a container-filled liquid product without any human intervention.;SOLUTION: An analyte image inspection device 20 is provided nearby an outer peripheral part of an inspection rotor 10, and captures an appearance image of an analyte moving while held by a holding part of the inspection rotor 10 to inspect whether the analyte has a defect based upon the appearance image. An inspection controller 30 performs control to determine which of a nondefective, a defective, or an uninspected article the analyte is based upon an inspection result of the analyte image inspection device 20, and then to control a star wheel 60 for analyte fractionation to deliver an analyte determined as an uninspected article to a start wheel 70 for analyte return so that the analyte returns to the inspection rotor 10.
