INNER FORM FOR CAST-IN-PLACE LINING CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION METHOD BY SHIELD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner form for a cast-in-place lining concrete construction method by a shield, in which form-removed inner forms can be easily assembled in a short time particularly in the case of curve construction.;SOLUTION: An inner form consists of two split forms 2a, 2b having tapered surfaces 3a, 3b respectively, which are split back and front so that split surfaces are inclined with respect to a concrete form axis line. When a shield machine performs linear construction, the split forms 2a, 2b are assembled so that the tapered surface 3a regulating the maximum width of one split concrete form 2a and the tapered surface 3b regulating the minimum width of the other split concrete form 2b are brought into contact with each other. When the shield machine performs curve construction, the split forms 2a, 2b are assembled so that the tapered surfaces 3a, 3b regulating the maximum widths of the two split concrete forms 2a, 2b are brought into contact with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
