PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for collecting and evaluating data, capable of evaluating whether an electric train controller is in a state close to a failure.;SOLUTION: In a device for collecting and evaluating data, a gate pulse output by a GCU 1 and feed back data output by a high speed simulator 2 having performed a simulation on the basis of the gate pulse are collected to be analyzed. The device for collecting and evaluating data includes: an analog measuring instrument 5 sampling the gate pulse and the feedback data; and a data management device 6 obtaining data sampled by the analog measuring instrument 5 to analyze. The data management device 6 includes: a data acquisition part synchronizing an operation pattern with data input from the analog measuring instrument 5 to collect as equipment trace data; a data accumulation part accumulating the equipment trace data; and a data analyzing part performing singular value decomposition of the equipment trace data to analyze a state of the GCU 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
