PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide leachate treatment method and system capable of reducing treatment load of contaminant in a subsequent stage water treatment facility.;SOLUTION: Leachate Wc, Wb are brought into contact to an absorption part 30 in a step for forming the absorption part 30 by arranging an absorption mat 20 in the surrounding of a bottom catchment pipe 2A and collecting the leachate Wc, Wb, and contaminant included in the leachate Wc, Wb is absorbed in an absorption material 21. The absorption material 21 of the absorption mat 20 is sandwiched by a fiber substrate upper sheet 22A and lower sheet 22B having water permeability, so that the leachate Wc, Wb reach the absorption material 21 without hindrance. Therefore, in leachate Wa after being collected by the bottom catchment pipe 2A, content density of the contaminant is reduced, and treatment load of the contaminant in a subsequent stage water treatment facility 10 is reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
