A carbon dioxide supply/recovery apparatus that is connected to a compressor and turbine by a flow path is provided with a regenerator, heater, and cooler along the flow path, has a starting motor connected to the compressor and turbine, and is used in a closed-cycle gas turbine that employs supercritical carbon dioxide as a working fluid; wherein this carbon dioxide supply/recovery apparatus has a valve for carbon dioxide recovery, a valve for carbon dioxide supply, and a coolant tank equipped with a heater and a cooler.
