PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reperfusion device in treatment of acute myocardial infarction that can suppress the occurrence of reperfusion injury in treating acute myocardial infarction.SOLUTION: A reperfusion device in treatment of acute myocardial infarction includes a balloon, a balloon inflating/deflating device, a Ringer's lactate supply device, and a control part. The control part controls the balloon inflating/deflating device so that when a coronary artery is reperfused, the coronary artery is put in an occlusion state and a reperfusion state alternately by means of alternate inflation/deflation of the balloon, and it also controls the Ringer's lactate supply device so that Ringer's lactate is supplied into the coronary artery in which the balloon is placed at least during periods twhen the reperfusion state changes into the occlusion state.
