PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-conditioning material which is produced using chaff or cedar charcoal carbonized by a carbonizing device carbonizing a material while agitating in a non-oxygen atmosphere and has high moisture-conditioning performance.;SOLUTION: There is provided a moisture-conditioning material including chaff or cedar charcoal as a main component, produced by carbonizing chaff or cedar through a carbonizing device at 300-700°C while agitating in a non-oxygen atmosphere. The moisture-conditioning material can also be used for conditioning the humidity of underfloor or under the roof by filling a nonwoven fabric bag with the material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
