PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically test interpolation of a program of a peripheral electronic meter when interpolation of the program is detected in an electronic meter.;SOLUTION: A power supply control rule is set according to the installation location of an electronic meter and execution of the interpolation detection processing of a program is managed according to the installation location. When interpolation of the program is detected by the electronic meter, it is determined whether power supply is continued or suspended according to the power supply control rule. The detection of interpolation is notified to a host system such as a relay or a management server, and the electronic meter around the electronic meter that the host system detected interpolation is instructed to detect the interpolation of the program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
