PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a precipitation-hardening type martensitic stainless steel having excellent structural stability, strength, toughness and corrosion-resistance without needing a sub-zero treatment, and excellent productivity; and a steam-turbine long blade using the same.;SOLUTION: The precipitation-hardening type martensitic stainless steel, is peculiarly composed of, by mass, ≤0.1% C, ≤0.1% N, 9.0-14.0% Cr, 9.0-14.0% Ni, 0.5-2.5% Mo, ≤0.5% Si, ≤1.0% Mn, 0.25-1.75% Ti, 0.25-1.75% Al and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
