PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a beneficial association rule from among a large amount of association rules.;SOLUTION: A recommendation rule generation device includes: association analysis means 112 for analyzing content consumption data, and generating a plurality of association rules; rarity calculation means 113 for calculating the rarity of each association rule; and recommendation rule generation means 114 for narrowing down the association rule by using the rarity, and for generating a recommendation rule. The rarity calculation means 113 calculates, for each association rule, the rarity by using the total number of the content of the condition part and conclusion part of the association rule, the number of users pertinent to the association rule, the number of consumed content of each user pertinent to the association rule, the whole number of consumed content and the number of users who have consumed the respective content of the condition part and conclusion part of the association rule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
