PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-party real time transcoding method for push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) multi-media session.;SOLUTION: A method for establishing a multi-user communication session comprises: a step of inviting a user to participate in the communication session; a step of receiving a request from a central network element in order to set a transcoding session through a transcoding server; a step of setting a transcoding session; and a step of establishing a communication session description according to the transcoding session. The communication session description comprises: a step including at least one media characteristics of at least one terminal; and a step of transcoding a media stream flowing through the transcoding server, and transmitting the transcoded media stream to other terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
