Method and system for distributing data in high-performance computing clusters

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly distribute predetermined data to a computation node by a management node, in a high-performance computing cluster including one management node and a plurality of computation nodes.;SOLUTION: The management node includes the steps of: dividing M computation nodes into m (m is an integer of ≥2) layers; dividing designation data into k (k is an integer of ≥2) shares; and distributing the k shares to computation nodes of the first layer as a subnode thereof. Each computation node of the first layer has the steps of acquiring at least one share of data therein and distributing at least one share distributed by a master node thereof to subnodes thereof.
