PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil disinfection device using solar heat of a simple and inexpensive structure, which is capable of disinfecting soil at no operation cost, and is formed to be easily usable by those who grow vegetables or the like in a small scale such as a home vegetable garden.SOLUTION: A soil disinfection device comprises: a container 2 into which soil 1 is input; and a reflection board 3 that reflects sunlight to the container 2 and thermally sterilizes the soil 1 in the container 2 by thermal energy of sunlight. The container 2 is formed in a translucent state. The reflection board 3 is formed of a main reflection board 3a placed on a surface facing a north side of the container 2 and an auxiliary reflection board 3b laid on a setting surface of the container 2.
