PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for increasing probability that users may be ranked high, when creating ranking information of data which the users have provided.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a ranking creation method in a ranking server 2 includes in this order: a data acquisition step of acquiring data that users have provided and acquiring information of attributes that the users possess and time information when the users have provided the data; and a ranking creation step of creating ranking information relating to the data that the users have provided by limiting to users having information of prescribed attributes in all the users having provided the data, and a time at a prescribed range among all the times when the users have provided the data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
