PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition in which expression of early strength that enables introduction of prestress in atmospheric temperature cure and attainment to high long age strength can be performed, and satisfactory serviceable life can be secured.SOLUTION: A cement composition includes: 100 pts.wt. of high early strength portland cement or super high early strength portland cement; 5-18 pts.wt. of silica fume; 5-30 pts.wt. of limestone fine powder; and 25-69 pts.wt of blast furnace slag fine powder. Moreover, a cement matrix, a fiber-reinforced cement-based mixture or a cement admixture has the same composition as that of the cement composition.
