PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively implement suppression of voltage fluctuation in a power grid caused by natural energy without enlarging capacity of a power storage device.;SOLUTION: A voltage fluctuation suppression system comprises: a power storage device 7 for charging/discharging a power grid 4 connected to a natural energy power generation system 1 through an interconnection point 3, with power; a stabilization control device 6 which measures a voltage value at a connection point 8 between the power grid 4 and the power storage device 7, determines a control target value by using the moving average of voltage values, and outputs a charge/discharge command based on a deviation of the present voltage value from the control target value to the power storage device 7; and an SVR 10 which is provided between a power substation 14 and the interconnection point 3, measures voltage at its provision point, and makes a transformation ratio of a transformer 11 be changed by one tap in the case that a period in which the measured voltage exceeds a predetermined value is equal to or longer than a predetermined period.
