PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate repair plan even when a responsible person does not visit a customer's house.;SOLUTION: A repair work plan proposing system includes a customer service client device 12 and a customer dedicated terminal 22. The customer service terminal device 12 obtains floor plan data 38 of a building subject to a repair from a database server 18. Retrieval means 30 obtains the floor plan data 38 using an address 26 of the building and a customer identification information 28 as keys. The repair work plan proposing system further includes: a display device 32 for displaying the floor plan data 38; a storage device 48 for storing the floor plan data 38 and the customer information 36; and communication means 34 for transmitting/receiving images and voices with the customer dedicated terminal 22. A storage device 50 of the customer dedicated terminal 22 is made to store the customer information 36, the floor plan data 38, and customer operating screen data 62, and is lent to the customer. Image data 59 photographed by a camera 44 with a wirelessly operating communication machine are obtained by the communication means 34 and communication control means 65, and used for creating the repair plan.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
