PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate where resin impregnation ability to the surface of wood is enhanced, where the removal of a woody fiber at a soft part is suppressed and which has appearance design more excellent in natural appearance when a resin is impregnated.;SOLUTION: A fibrillated layer 1 where woody fibers are fibrillated to a degree that at least a part of the woody fibers is microfibrillated is formed on the surface of the woody decorative base material A1 by the collision energy of the water jet WJ due to the high speed collision on the surface of a woody decorative base material A1.
