PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromato reagent for measuring the human CRP for preventing a hook phenomenon from occurring, even if CRP concentration inside a sample is high, and further, to provide an immunochromato reagent for measuring human CRP having a wide measurement range.;SOLUTION: A reagent for preventing a hook phenomenon from occurring has been obtained by an antihuman-C reactive protein monoclonal antibody produced by hybridoma of accession number FERM P-21873, or the immunochromato reagent for measuring a human-C reactive protein without any antibodies for recognizing the same antigenic determinant as the monoclonal antibody for measuring the human-C reactive protein. Furthermore, by containing specific surfactant in a reaction system of CRP and the monoclonal antibody, the measurement range can be optionally adjusted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
