PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wear-resistance steel cast piece and a wear-resistant steel material provided from its cast piece, for manufacturing the cast piece excellent in a surface property, by continuously casting molten steel of wear-resistant steel including Ti.;SOLUTION: The molten steel is cast by a continuous casting machine, the surface temperature of the cast piece on the outlet side of the continuous casting machine is set to 500°C or more, the cast piece is slowly cooled by setting a cooling speed in a temperature range of 300°C-500°C to 0.11°C/min or less after being discharged from the continuous casting machine, and when the surface temperature of the cast piece is 200°C-300°C, repairing scarfing of a cast piece surface is executed by setting a moving speed of a repairing scarfer to 10 m/min-30 m/min.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
