PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information utilization apparatus, an electronic information utilization system, a program, and an electronic information utilization apparatus control method for limiting use of electronic information.;SOLUTION: An electronic information utilization apparatus 150 of the present invention comprises: acquisition means 154 acquiring a plurality of encrypted electronic information; receiving means 154 receiving decryption information transmitted from an information processing apparatus 110 managing whether the plurality of encrypted electronic information can be used for decrypting each of the encrypted electronic information; decoding means 158 decoding the encrypted electronic information; and control means 170 controlling decoded contents from the encrypted electronic information to be displayed when the corresponding decryption information is received.
