PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly analyze the internal state of a structure, using high-permeability particles of particles that have a predetermined permeability. PSOLUTION: For a passage section j corresponding to a section of the inside of a structure, through which a mu particle passes at a horizontal angle , an elevation angle e, and a passing point , the internal analysis method includes the steps of calculating a density length DL (j, , e, ) as a the product of a passage length L (j, , e, ) and the density of an assumption substance Mas (j) (S150); setting a Gauss distribution using the density length DL (j, , e, ) calculated (S160); setting the scattering angle sc (j, , e, ) of a particle by using the Gauss distribution (S170) set; and analyzing the state of the passage part j, by using the scattering angle sc (j, , e, ) set (S180).
