PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion sheet for a rotary electric machine which eliminates or decreases a gap between a coil conductor housed in each slot and a slot inner wall surface and improves the fixability of the coil conductor in each slot compared to a conventional expansion sheet for the rotary electric machine.;SOLUTION: In a stator 20 formed by housing coil conductors 18 in slots 14 provided at a stator core 10, an expansion sheet 16 is disposed between the stator core 10 and the coil conductor 18 in each slot 14 and is expanded by heating.
